- Each child participant may be accompanied by only one parent or guardian during the workshop (either mother or father) to ensure smooth facilitation and safety.
- Advance registration is mandatory. Workshop slots are limited and confirmed only after payment. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions in advance.
- Participants exhibiting symptoms of illness must not attend. Parents are responsible for supervising their child throughout the session.
- Photos and videos will be taken during the workshop for promotional and social media purposes. By registering, participants consent to their images being used in future promotional materials.
- All art supplies will be provided. Participants are expected to respect and responsibly use the provided materials.
- Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors and other attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
- The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal items during the workshop.
